Let’s Pause for Menopause

Menopause…something women dread and look forward to at the same time.  Whilst “the change” can bring relief from having a monthly period it can also bring symptoms of heart palpitations, hot flushes, night sweats, emotional changes, low libido and osteoperosis.…just to name a few.

During menopause, the hormone system swings out of balance and certain energies in the body begin to decline.  These energies are associated with the purification of blood, the conversion of food into energy, hormonal balance, reproduction and bone growth.
